Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lightkiwi.com! Lightkiwi ships all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Most of the orders ship the same day, if the order is placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time. When the order is replaced after 2:00 PM, we guaranteed to ship the following business day (excluding weekends or national holidays).
  • Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days in transit, for destinations within the United States.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes between 2-3 business days in transit, for destinations within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. The pickup day does not count as a day in transit and we're not responsible for USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

FAQ

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the package is shipped, but within 60 minutes of placing the order, you can reply to the order confirmation email and request a change of shipping address. We will check and let you know the result as soon as possible.

Note:

  • If the customer cancels the order after the package has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
  • If the customer provides the wrong address and the package is lost of cannot be recovered, the customer will bear the loss. Lightkiwi does not replace the order or issue a refund.

What should I do when I receive a different product from the one I ordered?

I did not get a tracking number, when will I get a tracking number?

An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. If the email is in your spam/junk folder or you have not received the email, please add cs@lightkiwi.com to your "Safe Senders" list. If you did not receive one for two days after placing your order, please contact customer service at cs@lightkiwi.com .
